I am a Junior at New York University Abu Dhabi, majoring in Bachelor of Computer Science with a minor in Interactive Media and Applied Mathematics. I enjoy working on projects, developing software engineering skills, and pushing myself to learn new tools and frameworks. I am passionate about learning new concepts and I am always looking for new opportunities to learn and grow.

    As the focus these days shifts toward Virtual and Augmented reality, my interest has also increased after being part of VR events at the Expo2020.

    I love investing my money into stocks and crypto coins! I am keen on pairing up with machine learning and AI with trading to create an automated trading bot to maximize returns in day trading.

  1. Web Developer and Photogrammetry

    DHAKIRA Center for Heritage Studies                      October 2021 — Present

    • Developed a database website for ancient shipping records along with a comprehensive search engine using React.js and Node.js.
    • Created data collections in MongoDB and linked it to the Express backend.
    • Automated data filtering and cleaning and seeded the entries using Mongoose.js
    • Performed photogrammetry of primitive sailing boats along with generating 3D scans of each component allowing the boat construction to be documented.

  2. VR Logistics Intern

    Mental VR                                November 2021 — May 2022

    • Successfully managed and directed the VR headset training for participants in virtual events at Expo 2020.
    • Responsible for the content sharing of the White Cell media.
    • Delivered project demonstrations and showed custom-made Virtual environment to high-ranking government officers of the Gulf.

  3. Web Developer

    New York University Abu Dhabi                         June 2021 — July 2021

    • Built a fully-fledged travel blog website for a professor using custom CSS and HTML where needed and transferring content to new site on WordPress.
    • Documented the usage and management of the website for the Professor.
    • Designed the layout of the website along with the logo and edited pictures in Photoshop.

    • Oversaw financial planning, budgeting, and spending of funds for all cultural events.
    • Handled receipts, disbursements, banking, payments, and financial instruments.
